We realise consuming gluten can make life pretty miserable for you and your family.
At The Pinnaroo Farmer we strive to create a safe, nutritious and healthy product that you will feel good eating. We are a farm that also produces wheat, barley and canola, whilst we know our own practices ensure the safety of our products, we understand that you may need extra reassurance. So, we are currently working with Coeliac Australia to get our certification.
In the meantime, this is how we operate:
Our flour is sown, grown, milled and packaged by us. This ensures our products are never impure.
Our machines and equipment are cleaned twice prior harvesting the lentils.
Lentils are harvested first
The lentils we mill for flour are kept in their own designated silo.
The flour mill we use is only used to make gluten free flour.
Samples of flour are sent to a lab to be tested for traces of gluten.
Finally, we ALWAYS welcome your feedback which will ultimately help us to create better product for you.
